Hi, I’m Pan. I make custom crochet dolls and plushies: original characters, animals, fantasy creatures, and mascots. Tiny outfits and very specific little details are welcome.

What you can commission
- OC dolls: your original character, including clothing, hair, accessories, and distinctive features.
- Animals and fantasy creatures: familiar favorites, unusual creatures, and custom plush designs.
- Mascots and existing characters: send references so we can discuss the details and what’s possible.
Pricing
Every commission is quoted individually in USD. Size, shaping, colors, clothing, accessories, and overall complexity all affect the price. Shipping is separate.
Before work begins, we’ll agree on the design, total price, estimated turnaround, and a shipping estimate. Design and revision rounds are set individually for each project.
How it works
- Send me your idea. Message @panchetstudio on Instagram with your references, approximate size, important details, and shipping country and postal code. If you have a budget or deadline, include that too.
- We agree on the project. We’ll work out the design, quote, payment method, and estimated timeline before you commit.
- Pay a 50% deposit. Work begins after the design is agreed and the deposit is paid, according to the agreed timeline.
- Finish and ship. The remaining balance and shipping must be paid before your finished piece is shipped.
Payment
Zelle is preferred; Etsy is also available. Zelle payments receive a 3.75% discount on the commission price. Shipping is excluded from the discount.
Orders placed through Etsy stay on Etsy for payment and communication.
Changes and cancellations
Changes after work begins: I’ll accommodate changes where feasible. Any additional cost or time will be agreed before I make the change.
Cancellations: cancel before work starts for a full refund. Once work has begun, any refund will have the value of completed work and nonreturnable materials deducted.
Shipping and timing
Shipping is quoted separately, and international orders are considered case by case. Turnaround depends on the design and my current queue; we’ll agree on an estimate for your project.
If you’re hoping to have your piece by a particular date, mention it in your first message so I can check whether it’s feasible.
